What kind of shipping options do you offer?
We offer the following domestic choices:
Priority (2 to 3 Business Days)
First Class (4 to 6 Business Days)
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will ship on the next business day. All shipping times quoted are estimates only. YogaToes does not guarantee the order will arrive within the estimated shipping time. Once it leaves our fulfillment center, we are dependent on the shipping carrier to deliver your order.
Some International shipments may incur a VAT surcharge when they arrive in your country. We do not cover VAT in our international shipping rates as it varies per country.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All domestic options should be delivered within 7 business days (not including fullfilment period). First Class is by far the cheapest, but is not available on all orders depending on location and size of order.
Do you ship to Canada/Internationally?
We can ship to the following international destinations:
Attention Canadian Customers: Due to the recent issues caused by the Canada Post strike, we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered. No refunds or allowances will be provided for lost or undelivered shipments to Canada.
The following USPS (US Postal Service) choices are available for international addresses:
First Class Int'l (delivery may take 7-21 business days)
Priority Int'l (5-10 business days for most markets)
All international packages leave our Fulfillment Center in Dexter, Michigan by USPS. Once they arrive at destination country however, they are transferred to local postal service (Australia Post, Canada Post, etc.) for final delivery. You will receive tracking information on your order upon fulfillment. Please direct all shipping inquiries to your local postal authorities.

My shipment is taking a long time. What do I do?
All shipments come with tracking numbers in a follow-up email. Please verify your shipment hasn't been delivered already, or at least attempted. It may potentially be waiting at your local post office.
For domestic USPS orders that haven't arrived within 7 business days, please visit the USPS customer service page regarding lost shipments and/or to file a complaint.
For international postal (USPS) orders that haven't arrived within 21 business days, please use tracking number to verify shipment has arrived to your country. Once that's been verified, you may submit an international claim at USPS.
