How to Use
How to Use
1. Start with clean, dry feet. Align the sock so the toes and heel face the right way.
2. Find the right sock. Each sock is shaped for your left or right foot — align the big toe sleeve with your big toe to find the correct side.
3. Slide in each toe. Gently fit your toes into their sleeves, starting with your big toe.
4. Smooth and adjust. Pull the sock over your foot and heel, smoothing out any wrinkles.
5. Add your YogaToes®. Once your toesocks are on, gently stretch and fit your YogaToes® over your toes. Use them before or after activity to stretch, strengthen, and recover your feet.
